IT Trailblazers Recruiters are constantly redefining SPEED. The TAT goal is 4 hours, and we measure how many requirements in a day we are able to submit resumes in 4 hours. The parameters that impact our TAT are measured on a daily basis and managed constantly. Focussed Task Forces analyze and manage each parameter that impacts SPEED - vertical and horizontal focus, call volume after getting a job, taking a deep dive on the customer’s technology stack, skill set specialization, always recruiting for in demand skill sets, marketing HOT candidates, 24*7 recruiting, supplier management, state of the art recruiting tools, multiple recruiters collaborating, training recruiters to do tech screening, resume harvesting, and recruiting drives
We believe that Volume is an important measure of our success, a metric that we need to constantly improve, defined as the number of resumes we submit to clients in a day. With Recruiters spread over Canada, several locations in the US, several locations in India, and Guatemala, we have several options for increasing our Recruiting headcount and we are constantly hiring. A Global Task Force constantly manages the parameters that impact Volume - Headcount, horizontal focus, vertical focus, state of the art tools like JobDiva and resume harvesting, specialized supplier management team, and specialized job posting team. We have a strong methodology of hiring and training Recruiters round the clock.
Our business is built most importantly on the Quality of our Candidates - and our belief is that a good Quality process results in our clients getting good Quality candidates. Process Quality is managed in the cloud based ATS, JobDiva. Every step of the process is subject to audit, and audits are done daily by the Recruiting Leads and Service Delivery Managers. A Quality Manager heads the Quality function. We manage five important drivers of candidate quality - Resume match, Resume veracity, Quality of discussion with candidate, Document verification, and Technical / Functional evaluation. Process consciousness is hence second nature to our Recruiters.
